🪔 Thirukkural Quiz — Support

தினசரி வினா (Daily Quiz)-ஐ ஒரு நாள் தவறவிட்டால் streak 0-ஆக reset ஆகும். உங்கள் device's timezone-இன் "நாள்" அடிப்படையில் தினம் கணக்கிடப்படுகிறது (UTC அல்ல). எனவே நீங்கள் travel செய்தாலும், local midnight-ஐ பின்பற்றியே streak update ஆகும்.

Tip: மறக்காதிருக்க, Profile → Notifications-இல் "2 PM Daily Quiz Reminder"-ஐ enable செய்யுங்கள்.

Streaks reset to 0 if you miss a daily quiz for one full day. The "day" boundary is based on your device's local timezone (not UTC), so the streak respects where you actually are.

Tip: Enable the "2 PM Daily Quiz Reminder" from Profile → Notifications to never miss again.

iOS-இல்:

1. iPhone-இல் Settings app திறக்கவும்
2. மேல்-இல் உங்கள் Apple ID name-ஐ tap செய்யவும்
3. Subscriptions-ஐ select செய்யவும்
4. "Thirukkural Premium"-ஐ tap செய்யவும்
5. Cancel Subscription button-ஐ tap செய்யவும்

Current billing period முடியும் வரை premium access இருக்கும். Apple charges-ஐ refund செய்ய reportaproblem.apple.com-ஐ visit செய்யவும்.

On iOS:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap Thirukkural Premium
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Login screen-இல் "கடவுச்சொல் மறந்தீர்களா? / Forgot Password?" link-ஐ tap செய்யவும். உங்கள் registered email-க்கு reset link அனுப்பப்படும் (15-நிமிட validity).

Email வரவில்லை என்றால்: spam folder check செய்யவும், அல்லது நாங்கள் provide செய்தவிட்டோமா என்று இருக்கும். Support contact-ஐ பாருங்கள்.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?". A reset link (valid for 15 minutes) will be sent to your registered email.

If the email doesn't arrive: check your spam folder. If still missing, contact support.

புதிய device-இல் login செய்தபோது அல்லது app-ஐ reinstall செய்தபிறகு, premium status appear ஆகவில்லை என்றால் Paywall → "Restore Purchases" button-ஐ tap செய்யவும். Apple உங்கள் Apple ID-உடன் இணைக்கப்பட்ட subscription-ஐ verify செய்து, app premium tier-ஐ பழைய நிலைக்கு restore செய்யும்.

After signing in on a new device or after reinstalling the app, if your premium status doesn't appear, tap "Restore Purchases" on the Paywall screen. Apple will verify the subscription linked to your Apple ID and restore your premium tier.

Profile → Settings → "Delete Account" option மூலம் நீங்களே delete செய்யலாம் (குரல், data permanent deletion). அல்லது support email-க்கு request அனுப்பவும் — 7 days-க்குள் deletion confirmation கிடைக்கும்.

Note: Apple App Store subscription cancellation தனியாக செய்ய வேண்டும் (Settings → Subscriptions). Account delete செய்தால் subscription auto-cancel ஆகாது.

Use Profile → Settings → Delete Account for in-app self-service deletion (permanent removal of email, scores, mastered kurals). Or email support — confirmation within 7 days.

Note: You must cancel your App Store subscription separately (iPhone Settings → Subscriptions). Deleting your account does NOT auto-cancel the Apple subscription.

We use Google Gemini to generate fresh quiz questions on demand. Only the Tamil kural text (which is 2000-year-old public literature) is sent to Gemini — never your email, name, scores, or any personal information.
